The French-American Foundation's multi-year policy programs on the themes of migration, media and equal opportunity provide an in-depth, comparative perspective on issues of common concern for France and the United States.

Current Initiatives: Immigration Journalism Program

The French-American Foundation launched the Immigration Journalism Fellowship and Immigration Journalism Award in 2011 in order to support independent and responsible reportage on immigration and integration issues, as well as to promote excellence in journalism. This program receives the support of the Ford Foundation, Carnegie Corporation of New York, the Florence Gould Foundation, the Fondation TF1 and Air France.

Immigration Journalism Fellowship 

The Immigration Journalism Fellowship equips journalists with up to $10,000 each to produce immigration and integration reporting of the highest quality. Click here to learn about this initiative.
